In the 'Val Varaita' Valley, where they speak the ancient Occitan language, in a mountain house refurbished with good taste, there is the Bed & Breakfast "Barba Bertu". The handler is Alberto Burzio, journalist and writer by passion.

The B & B offers three bedrooms, with wrought iron beds and authentic furniture of the high valley. The rooms (all with own toilet) are tastefully decorated and very welcoming. One of them is accessible to the disabled person. Throughout the B & B there is free wi-fi. Also available in the cozy tavern, soundproof, made in the old stable: the ideal setting for meetings, parties and entertainment! The B & B is in a very happy geographical position, a few kilometers from places of great interest: the high Varaita valley, with many tours at the foot of Monviso Mount, with the stone houses and the panoramic Colle dell'Agnello mountain pass, combining with neighboring in France; Elva, which parish house keep magnificent frescoes by Hans Clemer; the Valmala Sanctuary, the most important of the Diocese of Saluzzo; the castles of Manta and Lagnasco; Saluzzo, capital of the ancient Marquisate ... All this in an area where you eat well and in restaurants that are the "Barba Bertu Menu" agreed. With a rich and tasty menu eat well and spend little!
